Sorry that it took me so long to replay you :)))
about the vocal of arabic letters it's the same in all words not like english I don't know about russian actually :)
and about how to say the letters that dosen't exist in english I don't think that I can give you an Idea about how to speak the ha'a letter or aie'en letter but if you really want to learn how to speak them try to conctact me or to give me your email so I can send you a vioce message includes all the 28 letters :)))
