ok Toz in all cases I think that it means I don't care about it,
so if somebody says I'm going to be sad if you didn't do that,,,,
and you don't care if he is going to be sad or not so you can say Toz feek or feeky if you're speaking to a female.
I wish that you understand it better now :)
if not tell me and I'll tell more about this word.
