Marhaban Means Same as Welcome and when I'm saying Marhaban Bikom hina = I mean to say welcome to here :) but it's a classic arabic not egyptian dialect, and there are alot of difference between classic arabic and Egyptian dialect, and the difference that we are speaking egyptian dialect between each other, not arabian classic as you've said but when we are writing an official letter we use classic arabic. for example when we are saying how are you
classic arabik = kaif Al hal??
egyptian dialect = ezayek(M), or ezayek(F) ??
we are not writing ezayak, ezayek we just say it
and we are not saying Kaif Al hal, but we write it in officially letters :)
thats the diference
and both arabic if you know one of them you can speak to all arabian coutries, and if you learned classic arabic you will be understod in all arabian countries. even in egypt of course :)
