it's some kind of marrige, accepted by Islam as I said, law. so it's legal by religion. but it has it's own risks, I'm talking about that piece of paper that connects 2 of humans life. so once this paper is gone there is no marrige even happened in the past. I mean to say that this paper is the only phisical evidence that those 2 was married. and this childerens belongs to this guy. yes there are another ways to proove that by DNA and another science matters I don't know about. but the phisical evidence is much more convincing, at least to law. I'm with you that this is not good. from many ways, but that depend on how this couple will use this marrige, and what are they thinking about when they going into that kind of marrige. are they thinking about to have thier own life and this is just a temporarily situation because that they can't marry usual way that time. or they are thinking another way to just spend some times together, this is the wrong thinking about this marrige and of course it has it's own wrong result, for this reason Islam and society are fighting it together. :)
