first alllen you mean by ORPHY that child who lost his mater, father, or both. or you mean the childs that didn't exceed 21 years of age???
any way I'll answer the both, about the first case, it's ok there is no problem to marry somebody has lost his mother or father as long as he/she is more than 21 there are no prmblem at all.
and about the minors who dosen't exceed 21 years of age, it's not legal in my countery for him/her to get married, because before 21 the person is not responsible to his acts, so he can carry up a whole house responsibility as long as he can't carry up his own responsibility, so it's not allowed over here. And if anybody tells you anything else don't belive him, this is movie stuff not real reality & it's not happening in here :) (looool I know that and I don't need any lawyer to ask him about this)
if ORPHY means something else I wish that you just tell me, maybe I'll have answers to tell you :)
