:))) Actually Alllen, I don't understand the full message you've sent but I will try to tell you what I know about marrige in Egypt. First of all, if the husband made any sin. Yes I think that the wife can make a complaint to the judgemental authoroties. This in case that he didn't divorced her, but since a year approximately, there are a new law made by athoroties that gives the wife the ability to divorce her husband, instead of going to the court, and wait for it's decision. this all what I know about marrige and divorce in here maybe it going like that maybe another way else I'm not sure about that because I know nothing about law in this fields.
but I'll try to ask my cousin, he is a lawyer and I'm sure that he answer this question much better than me.
