Your rights on owing property in Egypt:
The Egyptian law permits non-Egyptians to own real estate or plots of land on following conditions:
1.You can own a maximum of 2 property for housing
2.If you own real estate for the purpose of running a business, you must obtain permission to run the business from the relevant government authority
3.The overall surface of any property can not exceed 4000 meters.
4.you are not permitted to buy real estate that can be termed as a monuments.
